How do I return an item?
Purchases can be returned within 30 days of being received. To
be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the
same condition that you received them. Items
must be in the original packaging and need to have the receipt or
proof of purchase. Unwanted
products must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. We
reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not
returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We
offer product exchange or give
a full refund of the product cost. We
will notify by email once we receive a returned item. If your return
is approved we will inform you of the refund status which will be
credited to the original payment card. Credit will be received within
a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging your item(s) (exchange collections are free with prior arrangement only). If the cost of return shipping is not paid in full the remainder will be deducted from your refund as shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns
